Submission Guidelines for Z-News:

• Use a blank line to separate paragraphs, rather than an indent.
• For a single spaced list, hold down the SHIFT key and hit ENTER at the end of each line.
• Use the font "Ariel" 10 pt.
• Single space at the end of a sentence.
• Save the file as MS Word 97 or previous version, or type text into email message.
• Spreadsheets should be saved as MS Excel 97 or previous version.
• Digital photos may be submitted in JPG or GIF format.
• All materials are due the second Friday of each month.
